For over 40 years, I lived as a classic "Empath." I was the sponge, the healer, and the one who carried the weight of everyone else’s suffering. I thought my sensitivity was a gift, but I didn't realize it was a program designed to keep my creative fire diverted into a collective farm of angst.

I spent decades asking, "Is this all there is?" while my nervous system stayed on high alert. It wasn't until I identified the "Hollow" structures in our language and the "Great Deletions" in our history that I realized the truth: I wasn't broken; I was plugging in to the wrong source.
